Join us for our first class of our Platinum Development Series. YOGA! Phoenix from Phoenix Dance36 & Flex will be our instructor. She’s coming with numerous years of YOGA training and help me start my fitness journey…again. This class is going to be fun because we always have a great time when we come together. All you need to do is dress to stretch and bring your mat. Extras mats will be available. This class has limited spacing. So please register today!
