TERMS OF SERVICE
*By purchasing a membership agreement, you agree to allow Platinum Highlights to utilize your name and content for feature purposes. We reserve to right to share your images on our social platforms. Membership can be revoked without notice or refund upon failure to comply with rules or any hateful messaging. You will be charged immediately upon purchase. Memberships are non-refundable.
*Please allow 30 days for publishing on Members page.
*Our Membership fee does not include ticket prices for our events. We put forth every effort to keep ticket prices as reasonable as possible. Membership also does not guarantee your space at our events. We have a limit of RSVPs due to capacity issues at most venues. You will receive ample notice of all events in time to register.
SHIPPING
*Shipping of all merchandise will take place within 5 days of placing your order. Tracking information will be provided. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
RETURNS
*Please return items within 14 days of receiving it. A full refund will be given in the original form of payment, if the item is in a new/unworn condition. The customer is responsible for return merchandise shipping charges.
