Membership dues and event fees must be paid as outlined at the time of registration. Fees may be annual, monthly, or per event.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Retreat deposits and specialty event payments may be subject to separate cancellation policies.
3. Event Participation
Members and guests agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and uplifting manner at all events and gatherings. Remember no Drama!
We reserve the right to remove or deny participation to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of Platinum Highlights.
4. Assumption of Risk
By attending events, retreats, or gatherings hosted by Platinum Highlights, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with participation, including travel-related risks.
Platinum Highlights is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programming—including logos, branding, event concepts, written materials, and media—is the property of Platinum Highlights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
